1. Kabul
Kiaura uygulamasını indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmamalısınız.
2. Hizmetin Niteliği
Kiaura, Grabovoi sayı dizileri, oracle kartları ve frekans müzikleri sunan bir manevi rehberlik ve kişisel gelişim uygulamasıdır. Uygulamanın içeriği eğlence ve kişisel yansıma amaçlıdır; tıbbi, hukuki, finansal veya profesyonel bir tavsiye niteliği taşımaz.
3. Abonelikler ve Ödemeler
Kiaura, haftalık, aylık, yıllık ve ömür boyu erişim seçenekleri sunar. Abonelikler App Store veya Google Play üzerinden satın alınır ve bu platformların ödeme koşullarına tabidir. Abonelikler, iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. İptal işlemleri App Store/Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan yapılabilir.
4. Ücretsiz Deneme
Yeni kullanıcılara bir kerelik ücretsiz deneme hakkı tanınır. Deneme hakkının kullanımı hesap bazında takip edilir.
5. Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları
Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanmamayı, başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmemeyi ve hesap bilgilerinizin güvenliğini sağlamayı kabul edersiniz.
6. Fikri Mülkiyet
Uygulamadaki tüm içerik (kart görselleri, metinler, müzikler, logo) Kiaura'ya aittir ve izinsiz çoğaltılamaz veya dağıtılamaz.
7. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
Kiaura, uygulamanın kullanımından doğabilecek dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Uygulama içeriği "olduğu gibi" sunulur.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu koşullar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinden bildirilir.

2. Nature of the Service
Kiaura is a spiritual guidance and personal-growth app offering Grabovoi number sequences, oracle cards, and frequency music. Its content is for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only, and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Kiaura offers weekly, monthly, yearly, and lifetime access options. Subscriptions are purchased through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to those platforms' payment terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store/Google Play account settings.
4. Free Trial
New users are granted a one-time free trial. Trial usage is tracked on a per-account basis.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, not to infringe on others' rights, and to keep your account credentials secure.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within the app (card artwork, text, music, logo) belongs to Kiaura and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kiaura shall not be held liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the app. App content is provided "as is."
8. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app.
